According to a study by  PwC, Millennials, training ranked third in the things that attract them to employers, even above employer values, work schedules or employee benefits.

Training also makes employees value you and your company more, making them less likely to get attracted to other offers. Research shows that employees  enjoy the sense of encouragement through training and feel obliged to work in the company that has taught them so much.

Entrepreneurs are visionaries and so if they channelise that drive into training suitable workforce you’ll not only hire employees who work for you but also along with you, your vision & mission. Talented & skilled workforce are much better motivated, focused & work in a way that suits your work style & values.

Such benefits make entrepreneurs believe that they are producers of talent rather than just mere consumers of talent.
