Recently I received an order for 25,000 t-shirts, 50,000 keychains, and 50,000 mobile pop sockets  from Beiersdorf India Private Limited and delivery time was 25-30 days.

Everything was approved.
However,  the vendor returned the t-shirts and the advance as he was unable to process the order. On the same evening, I booked a flight to Tirupur to meet more than 12 vendors and to makes some proceeds for the order, but my margin got decreased. I dispatched a part of the deliveries to different cities in India.

At the same time, when I was in Tirupur the keychains got rejected, as there was a size difference, so I had to reprint them and the popsocket printer machine didn’t work. I went in for a new & better quality printer, which increased the rates and decreased my margins.

I was delayed for 3 days, and also order value worth 39 lac eventually was worth only 2.21 lac but the client is happy with the quality and packaging, and I received a new order from their head office in Singapore.
