I joined BNI Invincible with much positive energy because I knew about BNI. But how to use tools of BNI for my growth and business was the real goal to reach.
I placed myself into a structured process of attending MSP training, 30-sec presentations, 8-minute presentation,s 1-2-1s, once a week.
First 6 months I was also given the role of Education Coordinator which helped a lot to read and understand the fundamentals of BNI.
The training process that BNI facilitates is never found in a medical or management school.
Hence I always enjoyed the process because this helped groom my skills.
I started presenting myself in formal attire, coming to meetings on time, inviting visitors. Till the time we don’t follow the structured agenda it is difficult to invite visitors.
In 6 months I started noticing a change in how I handled my profession.

I started follow-ups, regular meetings with my staff, receiving feedback from my clients. Being on time and being presentable improved my income by 20%.
Also for my Inviting visitors, I was able to have quality visitors which in turn translated to 6 members sponsored by me.
