We are authorized dealers for SKODA passenger cars in our region. For the past 14 years, SKODA is selling in this region and the earlier dealer was operating this dealership for more than 12 years.
Due to worst after-sales service and customer care, they spoilt the SKODA name in this region. After we, SGA Cars, took over, we tried to bring back the old customers.
When I joined the BNI Jaguar chapter as a company representative (I am working as a Vice President – Operation) I made lots of connections and regained the confidence of the previous customers and got new business.
I have already given a TFYCB 4.68 Crores and I received TFCYB 1.22 Crores worth of business value.
